Wazdan Widens Distribution With Games Valley Tie-Up

Wazdan, one of the game studios that already supplies UK-licensed casinos, has signed a fresh content distribution deal that will push its slot portfolio through a much wider pipeline of operators. The agreement with aggregator Games Valley does not launch a new title in itself, but it does mean the studio’s Hold the Jackpot mechanic and its back catalogue become far easier for casino brands to plug in.
What’s been released
Wazdan and Games Valley announced a content distribution partnership on 25 September 2026, giving operators access to Wazdan’s portfolio through Games Valley’s platform.
Wazdan has signed a content distribution agreement with Games Valley, making the Malta-based developer’s portfolio available to operators connected to the aggregation platform.
The tie-up sits alongside a run of similar signings for the aggregator, since
the deal is the latest in a series of content agreements Games Valley has signed in 2026 as the Romania-based aggregator expands its operator network.
Wazdan itself is a familiar name to UK players even if it rarely tops the marquee.
Wazdan is a Malta-based iGaming game studio founded in 2010, holding licences from the Malta Gaming Authority and the UK Gambling Commission, and develops slot titles for operators across more than 40 regulated markets globally, releasing more than 40 games annually with a portfolio of more than 250 certified titles.
What’s changed
The practical shift is on the technical side.
Games Valley, operated by Tech Valley SRL and headquartered in Romania, now provides operators with access to more than 15,000 titles via a single API integration.
Folding Wazdan into that feed means any operator already connected to Games Valley can switch the studio’s games on without a separate integration process.
The content itself leans on Wazdan’s signature mechanic.
The deal includes titles featuring Wazdan’s proprietary Hold the Jackpot™ mechanic.
One release named specifically as part of the package is a recent addition to that lineage:
the Wazdan portfolio, including its Hold the Jackpot titles and recent release Mighty Crown: Empire of Gold, is a perfect fit for this strategy, further strengthening Games Valley’s carefully selected content offering.
Games Valley has framed the move as part of a broader philosophy rather than a one-off signing.
CEO Ariel Reem said Wazdan is exactly the type of studio the aggregator wants to bring to its partners, noting it has built a highly recognisable portfolio, continues to release quality content at a strong pace and has a proven ability to perform across multiple markets, giving operators more choice while keeping integration simple.
Wazdan’s commercial director struck a similarly practical note, saying
Games Valley gives the studio another strong distribution channel that will allow more operators and players to access its portfolio.
Where it fits
This is one of several moves Wazdan has made across Europe in recent weeks rather than an isolated headline.
The alliance fits into a broader pattern of Wazdan’s recent distribution activities in Europe, with the supplier recently teaming up with Jupiter Gaming in the United Kingdom and previously seeking a direct integration with Slybet in Bulgaria, moves that indicate a sustained effort to secure distribution channels across multiple jurisdictions.
For UK players, the direct relevance of the Games Valley deal itself is limited, since the aggregator’s push is centred on Romania and wider European markets, but the underlying picture matters: Wazdan already holds a UK Gambling Commission licence and its recent UK link with Jupiter Gaming shows the studio is actively growing its presence in British-facing casino lobbies at the same time.
Aggregation deals like this rarely make for flashy announcements, yet they quietly shape which studios end up available at which casinos. As Games Valley continues signing suppliers and Wazdan keeps building direct UK relationships in parallel, the studio’s Hold the Jackpot slots and mobile-first design look set to keep turning up in more places over the coming months, even if this particular contract’s headline market sits outside Britain.
