Evolution’s Q3 Haul: New Game Shows and a Slots Debut

Evolution’s quarterly numbers landed this week, and tucked inside the usual spreadsheet of revenue percentages is a tidy run of new tables worth knowing about. Over the past three months the live-casino giant quietly rolled out a Monopoly-branded dice game, a disco-themed ball-draw show, and a whole new slots brand built for the US market.
What’s been released
During the quarter the company launched several new games, including Monopoly Roll’em and Disco Balls, and introduced a US-focused slots brand, Spinning Whale.
The results themselves showed
net revenue rose 3.7% year on year to EUR 526.1 million, marking a return to growth after prior declines
, with
North America, Latin America and Africa all posted all-time high revenues, while Europe remained the weakest region
.
Looking further ahead,
Evolution said the title Ice Fishing would be rolled out in North America during the fourth quarter, and the company is also preparing to launch a further title under its Hasbro partnership before year-end, Game Night.
CEO Martin Carlesund described the three months as
“an uneventful quarter with focus on core business and stable to good development across our markets”
, while separately flagging a
“spectacular” 2027 product pipeline
and confirming the studio is
exploring AI dealers as a complement to live games, not a replacement for them
.
How it plays
Disco Balls, which went live on 9 September, is built around
a new live casino game show that combines numbered ball draws with multipliers that can continue developing during the main round
. You bet on where a lottery-style machine will land, with
a grid containing numbers from 1 to 20
and the choice to back single numbers or wider groups such as high, low, odd or even. Once betting closes,
Disco Cat enters the round and places random multipliers and Bonus symbols across the betting grid
, with
the game’s evolving multipliers building before the Result ball establishes the winning number, while separate Bonus games can increase the potential multiplier further
, up to a
maximum total multiplier available during the game capped at 10,000x
. It borrows its glitterball aesthetic from an earlier Evolution favourite,
taking inspiration from the atmosphere of Funky Time and bringing back Mr Funky
.
Ice Fishing, the title pencilled in for a North American push next quarter, is an Arctic-themed speed format centred on
a rapid-spinning, 53-segment virtual money wheel
that pairs
simple, even-money Leaf bets with three escalating fishing bonus rounds where multipliers can soar all the way to a 5,000x max payout
.
Where it fits
Monopoly Roll’em arrives as the latest instalment in a licensing run that has already produced Monopoly Roulette, a format Evolution pitched as
a game show-style Roulette product featuring interactive bonus rounds connected to the Monopoly board game brand
, complete with
bonus round incorporating several well-known Monopoly locations and mechanics, including Chance, Community Chest, Jail and Super Tax spaces
. It all points to a studio leaning further into
live game show products that combine traditional casino mechanics with licensed entertainment brands
rather than straight table variants.
On the money side, the quarter wasn’t entirely clean: Evolution absorbed
one-off costs totaling EUR 12.1 million, including a settlement fee to the UK Gambling Commission and termination fees related to the Galaxy Gaming acquisition
. None of that changes what lands on UK live lobbies, though, and with a Hasbro slate still running and Ice Fishing due to widen out next, expect several of these formats to filter through to UK-facing operators in the months ahead, continuing a 2026 that has already brought Monopoly Roulette, Funky Time spin-offs and now Disco Balls to the live floor.
