We publish figures we have checked, and sometimes we still get one wrong. This page explains how to tell us and what happens next.
How to report an error
Use the contact form and select 'Report an error' from the topic dropdown. Include the page URL, the specific claim you believe is wrong, and a source if you have one.
Operators reporting an error about their own brand should say so — we will still verify independently against the register or the published terms rather than amending on request.
What happens next
We acknowledge reports and re-verify the claim from the primary source. If the claim cannot be re-verified, it is replaced with a being verified chip while we check, rather than left standing.
Where a report concerns a tested payout time, we re-run the test rather than adjusting the published figure.
How corrections are displayed
A material correction — a wrong licence number, a wrong bonus term, a wrong payout figure — is noted at the foot of the affected page with the date and a plain description of what changed. We do not silently edit a factual claim.
Minor fixes such as typos and broken links are made without a note. The page's updated date changes in either case.
