Evolution Locks In Exclusive Live Deal With Boyd Interactive

Evolution has tightened its grip on another slice of the North American live-casino market, this time locking in an exclusive multi-year deal with Boyd Interactive that pushes rival studios off three of its brands entirely. It is not a UK launch, but it is a useful reminder of just how far Evolution’s live-dealer network now stretches, the same network that stocks the live lobbies UK players scroll through every night.
What’s been released
Evolution has become the exclusive live dealer provider for Boyd Interactive’s online casino brands across North America, the two companies announced on September 18, 2026, in a multi-year amendment to their existing partnership.
The expanded agreement covers Stardust Casino and Resorts Casino across every U.S. and Canadian market in which the two brands operate, plus Mohegan Sun Casino in New Jersey.
Boyd Interactive is not a new name to Evolution.
The business was formed after Boyd Gaming acquired Pala Interactive in 2022, with Stardust returning as a standalone online casino in New Jersey and Pennsylvania the following year, before Boyd Interactive took over the New Jersey operations of ResortsCasino.com and MoheganSunCasino.com after a transaction closed in September 2024.
This amendment simply widens an existing supply relationship into a full exclusive.
What’s changed
Under the new terms, Evolution’s live-dealer catalogue, including Crazy Time, Lightning Roulette, Craps, Blackjack and Baccarat, becomes the exclusive live-casino content on all three platforms, alongside a broader roulette, poker and game-show lineup.
Any other supplier’s tables are effectively squeezed out of those three sites, leaving Evolution as the sole live provider across the board rather than one of several names on the shelf.
Marcus Huber, chief commercial officer at Evolution, said the deal reflects “the strength of our relationship and Boyd Interactive’s confidence in Evolution’s Live Casino portfolio,” and that the two companies will continue delivering live dealer entertainment across North America.
Boyd Interactive’s chief executive, Jim Ryan, credited Evolution with consistently delivering premium content and a “first-class operational experience” throughout the partnership.
Financial terms have not been made public, with the companies keeping the commercial detail of the amendment under wraps.
Where it fits
The amendment builds on a partnership Evolution says already made it the leading provider of live dealer entertainment in North America, and the studio framed the exclusivity extension as reinforcing that position rather than marking an entry into a new market, since its live studios already supply operators across regulated markets worldwide.
That last point is the one worth flagging for UK readers: the same formats named in this deal, Crazy Time and Lightning Roulette especially, are already fixtures in the live sections of Evolution-supplied UK casinos, so this is less a new product than a familiar one being locked down more tightly on another continent.
It also fits a pattern.
Evolution has secured exclusive live dealer partnerships elsewhere in the US, and in July 2025 the company became PokerStars’ exclusive live casino provider in the United States under a renewed agreement.
The Boyd Interactive deal comes as Evolution deepens its footprint across the broader real-money online casino industry in North America, a push that has coincided with the global online casino market’s growth toward an estimated $19 billion in annual value.
For UK players it changes nothing about what is on their own casino floor tonight, but it does show how aggressively the supplier behind so much of that floor is chasing exclusivity wherever a regulated market opens up.
