Brillbet Joins the UK Market With a September Launch

A new name has appeared on the UK Gambling Commission’s register this month. Brillbet went live in early September, bringing a lobby built around familiar slot franchises and a couple of the market’s best-known live game shows, run by a company that only incorporated last year.

What’s been released

The newest betting site to launch in the UK is Brillbet, which went live on September 7, 2026.
The brand is run by UK Digital Bookmakers Ltd, and according to a licence check reported by one review site,
UK Digital Bookmakers Ltd holds remote casino and remote general betting licences, both active from 15 June 2026.
The company itself is a recent addition to the UK corporate register:
it was incorporated on 8 July 2025, with its registered office at 128 City Road, London EC1V 2NX.

Players can find the brand at brillbet.co.uk, and
the UKGC register lists one trading name, brillbet, two domains, brillbet.co.uk and brillbet.com, and no regulatory action.
It’s worth noting that unrelated lookalike sites using similar branding but offshore licensing exist online, so UK players should stick to the licensed domain when checking the operator out.

What’s changed

Anyone dropping into the lobby at launch found a mix of proven crowd-pleasers rather than a library built entirely from scratch.
Visitors found Big Bass Bonanza, Big Bass Splash and Bonanza in the lobby, plus live game shows including Crazy Time and MONOPOLY Big Baller.
The site is organised with
separate sections for slots, Megaways, jackpots and table games
, giving players a straightforward way to browse by format rather than scrolling one long homepage feed.

On the account side, Brillbet has built its onboarding around upfront checks rather than leaving verification until withdrawal time.
Brillbet verifies you before you can play, not when you first try to withdraw, and the site explains that licence rules require customer checks before a player can use the platform.
Where automatic checks aren’t enough,
Brillbet uses Sumsub for document checks, asking for a photo of your ID, a selfie and a photo of a proof of address document.

Responsible gambling tools are built in from day one too. New customers are prompted to set boundaries before they deposit:
you are asked to set daily, weekly and monthly limits before topping up, choosing between plain deposit limits or net deposit limits, and lowering a limit applies immediately, while raising or removing one only takes effect after a cooling-off period.

Where it fits

Brillbet arrives at a moment when the UK’s licensed roster is being reshuffled at both ends. New entrants have been trickling through the Gambling Commission’s pipeline over the summer, with brands such as Betta Bet, Rollerbet and BetLegend all landing within weeks of each other, while several older operators have exited the market. One tracker noted that recent months have brought only
a handful of genuine launches, with Midnite going fully live, plus proper.bet, brillbet.co.uk, bettabet.co.uk and casinogo.com showing new remote entrants still coming through
, even as other brands close down.

For now, Brillbet is very much an unknown quantity to UK players in terms of track record.
It is also only weeks old, so there is no track record yet on withdrawals or complaint handling.
Its opening lobby leans on established Pragmatic Play and Evolution-style hits rather than anything exclusive, which is typical for a brand-new licence holder still building supplier relationships. Whether it grows its game count and live studio partnerships the way established rivals have will be the thing to watch over its first few months.
