Evolution Brings Its Live Studio Offline for the First Time

Evolution’s live studio team swapped the control room for a ballroom this week, taking its newest game show out from behind the cameras and putting it in front of players for the first time. The occasion was an invitation-only event in Manila with long-standing partner Casino Plus, and it marks the first time Evolution has ever run an offline collaboration anywhere in the Philippines.
What’s been released
The event itself, rather than a new game, is the headline here.
Casino Plus hosted the historic, invitation-only event on October 30 at Dusit Thani, Makati City, Philippines, where Casino Plus players received an exclusive preview of Game Night, Evolution’s newest live casino game show, ahead of its commercial release.
The evening doubled as a showcase for a partnership that has been building for years rather than a standalone launch.
Casino Plus began its partnership with Evolution in November 2021 with slot games and expanded its online casino offerings to include Evolution’s live casino portfolio in May 2023.
Taking that relationship offline for the first time was framed by both sides as a natural next step rather than a one-off gimmick, with
the event marking Evolution’s first offline collaboration with a Philippine gaming operator
, according to Casino Plus. Looking ahead,
Evolution said it plans, where possible, to give Casino Plus players early access to selected new games, alongside continued joint online and offline campaigns.
How it plays
Game Night itself is a board-game-flavoured spin on the live game show format.
The game is built around a 54-segment money wheel with multipliers on every spin and five bonus games: Connect 4, Battleship, Hungry Hungry Hippos, Snakes and Ladders, and Rock Paper Scissors.
Guests at the Manila event got hands-on time with the format before its full commercial roll-out, giving Casino Plus bragging rights as the first operator anywhere to let players loose on it in a live setting rather than purely through a stream.
The wider plan sketched out by both companies points beyond a single evening. Early access to future Evolution releases and ongoing joint promotional pushes suggest this is intended as a template for how the supplier works with trusted partners going forward, rather than a one-off showcase that ends once the cameras pack up.
Where it fits
The timing lines up with Evolution’s broader push into Asia.
The collaboration also supports Evolution’s Philippine expansion following the opening of its first Asian live casino studio in Cebu in 2025.
That studio sits within a supplier network that, per its own figures, now spans
27 studios across six continents, including its Cebu facility
.
For UK players, Game Night itself is already a familiar name following its global roll-out, and this Manila event functions more as a regional victory lap than a feature update. What it does signal is Evolution’s appetite for pairing its biggest live-show formats with hands-on events before or alongside their wider release, a pattern UK audiences have already seen with the studio’s steady run of new game shows over the past year. Whether that offline-event approach ever crosses over into UK-facing activity remains to be seen, but it fits a studio that has rarely slowed its release schedule, let alone its ambitions for where its live tables can travel next.
